How do I qualify for Free Shipping on my order?
Michael’s Products offers Free Shipping on Australian orders that are over $99.
Please note: if your order is over 5kg in weight, the standard flat rate ($11.95) applies regardless of spend. Michael’s Products offers Free Shipping on international orders that are over $150.
Please note: if your order is over 3kg in weight, the calculated international shipping cost applies regardless of spend.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Our standard shipping time is up to 7-days from time of purchase. Accurate times are available via the tracking number provided after your purchase.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes we can deliver to PO Boxes, although if required we may request a street address for delivery of larger parcels.
