Shipping Policy

  • Michael’s Products offers a standard flat rate shipping cost of $14.95 for all orders above 500g Australia-wide.
  • For Australian orders under 500g, a flat rate of $10 can be selected.
  • If an Australian customer spends over $99 in one order, and that order amounts to less than 5kg in weight, a customer is able to select a Free Shipping option.
  • For Australian orders that are over $99 and amount to over 5kg in weight, the standard flat rate ($14.95) applies.
  • For Australian orders over 7kg, the $14.95 flat rate applies, as well as a $1.50 fee per kg.
  • For Australian orders over 7kg, Michael’s Products reserves the right to review the freight charge for both freight reduction opportunities and additional fees.
  • Customers are also able to click and collect their order from our warehouse in Osborne Park, WA. Please note that the customer is responsible for ensuring that they can collect their order from this location.
  • Standard Shipping Time is up to 7 Days from time of lodgement with Australia Post.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Product weights include a 10% loading to account for packaging materials. This ensures your product is received in the correct condition.

International Shipping:

  • Michael’s Products ships internationally via Australia Post International Standard.
  • Estimated delivery time for international orders is 3-10 business days (excluding any customs delays).
  • A customer will be charged freight based upon the weight of their order and the destination zone of the order.
  • Orders over 7kg may be subject to additional postage & handling fees. By placing an order over 7kg a customer agrees that they understand this condition.
  • If an international customer spends over $150 in one order, and that order amounts to less than 3kg in weight, a customer is able to select a Free Shipping option.
  • Michael’s Products accepts no responsibility for a parcel from the moment of dispatch. This includes any customs delays and charges.
  • By placing an order, the customer understands and accepts that they are responsible for any customs charges.
  • Any missing parcels or blocked parcels will not be refundable.
